A design proof is your opportunity to compare the proposed interpretation with the brief you submitted. Open the latest proof from your private request page and look at it alongside your original reference photographs. Read any accompanying note before making a decision. A stylised doll may intentionally simplify features, so judge it against the agreed direction and priorities rather than against a promise of a photographic replica.
Work through the same sequence each time: overall silhouette and proportions, face and expression, hair, clothing, then accessories or text. Check the main colours and the relative placement of details. For more than one doll, compare the people individually before checking that the group feels consistent. Write down the differences that affect recognition, and distinguish them from small preferences that do not need to delay a decision.
If something needs changing, send one clear, numbered message. Say what should change and what should remain as shown. For example, ask for a shorter fringe while keeping the existing hair colour, or a white collar on the blue top. Mention the relevant reference photo when it will help. Avoid sending several conflicting instructions in separate messages. The request history keeps the conversation available to you and the administrator.
Approve only the latest proof when it reflects the agreed brief. A newer proof or status update can invalidate an older page; refresh it and review the current version before trying again. Design approval records your acceptance of that design. It does not charge a card or prove that payment has been received. Any quotation, production arrangements and delivery information need their own explicit agreement. Keep your private link so you can return to the same request.
