Privacy and your photographs
How contact details, private references and account information are used.
We store the contact details, brief, uploaded photos and messages you provide so the site administrator can manage your request. Reference photos and design proofs are private by default. Access is checked for each private image. Photos are processed to remove embedded metadata, but any personal information visible within a picture remains visible to authorised readers.
A guest private link and access code grant access to the request. Keep them confidential. Customer photos are not added automatically to public pages and are not sent to the content translation API. Administrators can delete individual private photos; contact us with the request reference to ask for removal or correction. Deleting a photo does not automatically delete the entire request history.
Accounts and necessary session cookies support sign-in, security and private access. Saved favourites are stored in your browser. Submitted community content may become public after review. Email notifications depend on configured mail delivery; use your private request page to check progress. Contact us about data access, retention or deletion.
