A useful photo brief begins with a recent, clear picture of the person you want to celebrate. Choose an image taken at eye level in even daylight, with the face visible and the camera held far enough away to avoid a stretched perspective. A natural expression often communicates more than a heavily posed portrait. Turn off beauty filters and avoid screenshots when the original photograph is available.

Use your remaining photographs for a different purpose: a side view for the hairstyle, a full outfit view for clothing, or a close view of a meaningful accessory. Four almost identical selfies usually add less information than a small, deliberate set. The form accepts one to four JPEG, PNG or WebP files, up to 8 MiB each. Check each image before you submit it; file names alone do not show whether the important detail is visible.

Write a short explanation of what each photograph contributes. If the preferred hair is in one photo and the preferred jacket is in another, say so. Describe eye colour, hairstyle and clothing in words as well, because lighting can change how colours appear. Mark your two or three essential features, then identify details you are happy to simplify for the chosen doll style.

Only upload photographs you have permission to use. Crop out unrelated people and private information such as addresses, identity documents or school badges. Reference photographs are private by default and are used to understand your request. Keep the private request link after submitting, so you can check the brief and answer questions. A photo submission begins a discussion; it is not an instant generated image or a confirmed purchase.
