What can I request? Start with one of the four style directions and describe the person, clothing and details you want represented. Feasibility, size, material and included accessories are confirmed for your brief.
Which photos can I upload? Use one to four JPEG, PNG or WebP files, up to 8 MiB each, with permission from the relevant people. Clear light and a visible face are helpful. Photos are private by default and are not sent to the translation API.
Is there an instant preview or payment? Submitting photos saves a request for review. It does not generate an instant doll image or charge a payment. A quote and a design proof are added during the conversation.
How do I see progress or ask for changes? Save your private link or use the reference and access code on the request lookup page. Review the latest proof before approving it. You can send a revision message while a proof awaits review. Contact us if you need a photo removed. Delivery estimates and any cancellation arrangements must be confirmed individually.
