How your custom request works
From photo references to a quote and a design you can review.
Choose a style and prepare one to four clear JPEG, PNG or WebP photographs, up to 8 MiB each. Complete your contact details, quantity and the features you would like represented. Confirm that you have permission to use the photos and submit the brief.
Keep the request reference and private access link shown after submission. The administrator reviews the brief, may ask questions and can add a quote. Return to the same private page to read messages and reply. Email delivery depends on the site’s configuration, so the page is your direct place to check progress.
When a proof is ready, review its latest version and either request changes with clear notes or approve the design. Approval does not collect payment. Any subsequent production or shipping status is updated by the administrator; times, costs and delivery terms need to be agreed separately.
